Clothes for Guatemala

In February I decided to purge the kids clothes. We have over 30 bags of clothes we are giving to an organization called "Hearts in Motion" which works with people in Guatemala. I haven't really gotten rid of any of their clothes up until this point because we foster kids and you never know what you might need. But....it was time. I spent about a week going through all the clothes deciding which we would keep and which we would donate. In the end we will be giving the children of Guatemala some great clothes and shoes.

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss

On March 2, 2010 we will be celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday. Robert has been really into Dr. Seuss books since Christmas. Almost everyday he wanted to watch "The Grinch who stole Christmas." Last week I told him that Dr. Seuss' birthday was this week and he freaked out. It was pretty cute. Also, the kids went to see "Seussical" with their tia. Uncle Grant was in the pitt orchestra.


Our trip to the library this week included checking out some of our favorite Dr. Seuss books.
